Ranbir Kapoor is looking awesome holding machine-guns in both hands in the poster. Bombay Velvet is Ranbir’s most awaiting movie in year 2015. The movie story is based on historian Gyan Prakash’s book Mumbai Fables, published in year 2010. Set in Bombay of the 1960s, the film tells the story of a boxer, Johnny Balraj, and an aspiring jazz singer, Rosie, and how their hopes and dreams collide with their individual realities.
The movie is directed and co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in lead roles with Kay Kay Menon, Siddharth Basu and Manish Choudhary appearing in supporting roles.
