From trailer, it is clear that the team has done a good job, and acting of Rajkummar Rao, his on-screen chemistry with Kriti Kharbanda, and the unexpected turns in the story are all amazing.

Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana trailer starts with a story of young modern educated India from a small town. Satyendra Mishra and Aarti Shukla both believes to be friend of their life-partners. So, when their families arrange their meeting to decide for marriage, they find themselves as a perfect couple. The story moves towards an innocent love story. But on wedding night, Aarti gets disappear, and Satyendra Mishra’s love converts into hate. After few years, when they again meet, his hate converts to revenge.

Rajkummar Rao has again lived his character on screen. As a youth, who loves his fiance, and as an IAS officer, who thinks his love gives him right to revenge and misuse his authority, Rajkummar Rao is too good. Kriti Kharbanda, as a loving girl is charming, and as a girl, who repeatedly fails to explain to her ex, is very realistic. But, she should have been given atleast one strong scene in trailer.
