The storyline of the film is about the protagonist who falls in love with his enemy’s daughter who is a dancer. It’s a romantic movie that also includes the cultures and ancient civilisations of Mohenjo-daro of times. The director of the movie Ashutosh Gowariker took over 3 years to develop the film with the help archaeologists who documented the discovery of Indus Valley civilisation. The soundtrack album and film score are composed by A. R. Rahman with song lyrics penned by Javed Akhtar.
