The sequel of Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal starrer ‘Rock On’ movie is confirmed now. It was a musical drama film released in 29th August, 2008. Rock On 2 is also expected to be a musical drama to star Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, and Prachi Desai from the Rock on first part, while there is buzz to have Shraddha Kapoor in this sequel opposite Farhan Akhtar.
Rock On 2 film will be shot in Shillong, the rock capital of India. Eros International joins hands with Excel Entertainment for worldwide rights of Rock On 2.The movie to be directed by debutant Shujaat Saudagar, starring Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Prachi Desai.
Rock On was well received by a number of critics by it was among aveage grosser of the year. Arjun Rampal got attention of everyone due to his rocking look and interesting acting. Other actors performance was also appreciated by the viewers everywhere. Rock On 2 seems to be rocking with very talented Shraddha Kapoor. The actress is a good singer and dancer both, so one interesting song in her voice and a dance number can be expected in Rock On 2.
