Indian Film Director & Producer Ram Gopal Verma has many controversial atheistical questions on God Ganesha on the very auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi on 29 August 2014.

Ram Gopal Verma asked the questions atheistically and later stated that “All concerned pls understand that my questions and observations on Ganesha are coming from both my innocence and ignorance on the subject matter“. He smartly changed the most sentimental talk (like a film director and producer he is) by saying that “I would very much like to be educated on my queries on Ganesha by esteemed experts on the matter“.

This seems a weird publicity stunt used by the film Director & Producer Ram Gopal Verma, given the fact that his movies are continuously flopping. He is now totally disturbed and dishearten and blaming god for that. He himself admitted in his handle that “I think my films are flopping only because of my attitude towards Gods. ..I wish I can become a devotee.”

Later when he realised the importance of the subject tweeted “All tweets I put on Ganesha were in my usual manner but unintended by me to hurt anyone’s sentiments…but if they did I sincerely apologize”.

Being such a renowned personality in bollywood, people do not expect such childish questions from a Film Director and Producer. Rather he should put a research on this and must have told people about it. He must learn from young Alia Bhatt who is getting huge popularity for his micro-movie Genius of the Year. He too should come up with such ideas but not hurting the sentiments of millions of Ganesh lovers in India.

1) What did Ganesha do that his brother kumara dint do so that only Ganesha became god? Is it becos Kumara dint get head cut off like Ganesha?

2) Can someone tell me if today is the day Ganesha was originally born or is it the day his dad cut his head off?

3) Does Lord Ganesha eat with his hands or his trunk?

4) I would really love to know from Lord Ganesha’s devotees a list of what obstacles he removed in all the years they prayed to him?

5) I have an innocent question…can someone please tell me how a Lord who couldn’t save his own head will save others heads?

6) Does Lord Ganesha eat much more than other Gods? My doubt is becos all the other Gods are either trim or muscular?

7) Did Lord Ganesha have a paunch in his childhood too or did it develop in the recovery time of the elephant head operation?

8) Happy Ganesh chaturdhi. .may this day 29th aug bring prosperity and happiness to everybody so that there will be no problems from 30th aug?

9) Can someone explain how someone can cut off a child’s head who was just trying to protect his mother’s modesty? Am sure devotees know better?
