Shahrukh Khan DUNKI makes the noise with this hilarious teaser

Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani have officially unveiled their upcoming movie, ‘Dunki,’ after much speculation. Taapsee Pannu also appears in the film. Shah Rukh resorted to social media to make a funny announcement about this upcoming film. Rajkumar Hirani, Abhijaat Joshi, and Kanika Dhillon wrote the screenplay.

To make the announcement, the creators created a short funny video on social media. Rajkumar Hirani and SRK may be seen joking around in the footage. King Khan is shown discussing his films released before, including ‘Sanju,’ ‘PK,’ and others. SRK then inquires if Hirani has a script for him.

The illegal way of entering a foreign country via many stops in other countries is known as donkey flying. Thousands of young people use this strategy every year after they are unable to reach the target nation through legal channels. Hirani’s film tackles this broad issue in his characteristic style, with a story that is both emotional and light-hearted. It’s the story of a Punjabi man and his difficult trip to Canada.

Even towards the end of the announcement trailer, when the title of the film is revealed, a big group of people is seen wandering through a desert, ostensibly attempting to cross a border while a jet flies above them. The look suggests the movie is based on Donkey Flight.

In response to a question about the collaboration, Hirani stated, “Shah Rukh Khan has always been on my wish list throughout my career, and after several failed attempts to collaborate, we were finally destined to have Dunki mark our partnership. He brings an unrivalled level of energy, charisma, humour, and charm to a picture, and I’m excited to bring that magic to the big screen.”

In addition, SRK stated, “Raj Kumar Hirani is one of the most talented directors of his time; we’ve always spoken about collaborating, and I’m thrilled we’re finally doing it with Dunki. We’ve just been shooting for a month, and I’m loving every minute of it. Donkey, Monkey, Raju ke liye…kuch bhi ban sakta hoon!”

In the film actress Taapsee Pannu plays a vital role opposite SRK, she revealed “I’m ecstatic to go on this adventure and be a part of such a unique film. It’ll be my first time working with Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan, two individuals I adore and respect.”

The 1st schedule of the movie on floors this April and the next schedule being shot extensively in Punjab.

Before Dunki, Shah Rukh will be seen in the action thriller Pathaan, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the film hits the screens on January 25, 2023.
