This action drama film is directed by Krish and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The film is a remake of 2002 Tamil film Ramanaa. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the movie also stars Shruti Haasan, Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood and Nikitin Dheer in supporting roles. The soundtrack and film score are composed by Chirantan Bhatt, Yo Yo Honey Singh.
