300 Rise of an Empire is based on Frank Miller’s latest graphic novel Xerxes. The movie is a new chapter of the epic saga takes the action on the sea. On this new battlefield, Greek general Themistokles attempts to unite all of Greece forces against Xerxes for their freedom. He lead the charge that changed the course of war. In “300 Rise of an Empire”, Themistokles fights back against the massive invading Persian forces led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes, and his vengeful commander of the Persian navy, Artemesia.

This action adventure stars Sullivan Stapleton as Themistokles, Eva Green as Artemesia, Hans Matheson stars as Aeskylos. Lena Headey reprises her starring role from “300” as the Spartan Queen, Gorgo and Rodrigo Santoro stars again as the Persian King, Xerxes.
